I’ve been using wizebot not for a long time and mainly because of the customization possibilities and virtual currency, but today i saw not only that the customization became a paid asset (that’s totally fine with me), but all my custom messages where deleted… My main question is - will they be back after my payment for the premium account?

The personalized messages is part of the premium option since the beginning of the service 
They are not “reset” in any case, they are just disabled (because not editable without premium account).
After reactivation of a premium account (Lite / Full), your texts will be visible again and accessible.
