Custom Name Error Message

Hello. Just a few minutes ago I noticed that the Custom Name icon at the top of the WizeBot panel is blinking Red. It says:

"Custom name in error!
Authentication to your custom name failed.

“An authentication error occurred while using the linked account.
Instability with Chat Twitch’s servers may be the cause of this error.
You must link the account to restore your custom name.”

I unlinked my second Twitch account and linked it back and it’s still showing the error message. This happened after the service maintenance. I can’t seem to link my custom name. I tested some of my commands on my Twitch channel and it appears as “WizeBot.” Please help. Thank you :slight_smile:

Hello,
We had some problems with validating authentications at Twitch.

The problem is now fixed and normally custom names should come back alone :slight_smile:
