Using wisebot can I have my twitch viewers earn a currency for watching and type commands to spend that currency to spawn in game zombies? Can I set it up that by following or subbing they earn currency, what about earning currency for using bits? How hard is it to set up wisebot with 7 days to die currently?

All this is possible indeed! 
Your viewers can spend virtual currency to trigger any orders on your 7DTD server.
The configuration is relatively simple, but you must have an online server (and not locally) with “Telnet” access available.
